Above: Cousin Marcus handed some artifacts to me that he had come across and gifted them to Tim and myself. First the was this cutting from The Cambridge Evening News announcing the arrival of Brother Tim although it looks as if he hadn't been given the name Tim yet. For me a brother. I remember the day well :)

Above: Another of the items given to me by cousin Marc was an identity document belonging to my 3 year old mother from 1940 and during the Second World War. Note the address and the story that follows: The card is dated 29th May 1940 and the address is 20 Vicarage Terrace. However 3 weeks later on what was my mother Anne's 4th birthday a bomb dropped by the German Luftwaffe landed next door. See the story on the following slide deck.
Above: Barbara with her good friend John. Barbara used to clean John's house as a part time job. On one occasion she proudly proclaimed to have done a thorough job and had even cleaned the wetsuit that she had found in his bedroom on the floor..... Err Aunty I don't think that was an actual wetsuit so to speak.

Above: Another item Marcus gave to me was The Book of Common Prayer. This was given by my mother Anne to her Grandfather on the stated date. Anne would have been 18 years old at the time, the same age as my niece Freya (Anne's Granddaughter) seen with her Great Aunt earlier
